My background includes some video software work for DVRs. What you are asking for looks to be a custom piece of work. Not only would you spec it out a bit more but we run into problems when the client didn't reveal they wanted that to work on Windows 98. Don't laugh, it did happen.
So what you are asking is quite possible. I figure a programmer that does such work can get you a prototype in a day and then fine tune it over a week. Be sure not to spec it to work on less than current PCs.

Hi, I need help to find a real-time video performance software for windows. An example is perhaps the best way to describe what I am looking for.
Let's say I have ten short clips of various aerobic exercises. Let's label these clips with numbers 1 to 10.
I want to be able to click on a number and that clip will play. Hence, there would be a menu at the bottom of the video player with numbers 1 to 10 and when I click "3", the clip number 3 will play.
To make it smooth, and continuous, let say I click on 3, 5 and 7. Clip number 3 will start playing, then 5 will start playing after 3 is done, and then 7 will play after 5 is completed. I could then continue to click other numbers. Ideally, there would be some kind of automatic smooth transition between each clip, so the displayed effect looks like it is a single continuous video.
Do you know of any video software that can do this?
Thanks.
