Question

Help: This file came from another computer... etc

Jul 6, 2013 1:41PM PDT

Hi,

Whenever I download a image file I get this error message in the properties saying, "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer."

One of the problem is that I am not transferring the files from another computer like the messages says. I am just downloading the files from a Metro App.

The images/files are from the Metro App "Background Wallpapers HD." I used to be able to download all of these great wallpapers without any problem at all, but today (not sure why), this problem started appearing.

When I save an image that I like, it goes directly to a folder in the Library automatically created by the app. I can then right click and "unlock" the image, however when I download the file it saves with 0 bytes of data... And if I open the file it then shows an error saying that I can't open the file because it's empty.

Please help me out here, I really appreciate it.
