HELP "super-spider.com/hp.htm?id=9" Homepage hijacked!!!

Every time I restart my computer my homepage is changed to super-spider.com/hp.htm?id=9. I change it back to yahoo.com but when I goto another site like eBay it comes back to super-spider.com/hp.htm?id=9 and it is just a blank page. I have used Spybot, Ad-aware and A2 with no luck. Please help!!!
