Help showing info QLED

by Daneldanel / February 3, 2018 8:54 AM PST

Hi, I need help with my TV, I'm trying to see the information of the source that is playing, like HDR,Frames, resolution etc... With my last TV it was very easy, only press the "info" button or the one in the center on the controller and all the info popped upside , but in this new TV, the "one control" is paired automatically with the Xbox One X , so the buttons on the controll are only for the Xbox, the only way I found to show resolution is turning off/on the TV

Sorry for my English

Not all TVs do this. There are some video inspector boxes but no one I know buys such because the cost is in the thousands today.

That's the series, not the full model number.

I can't check each model's manual so take a moment to find the full model number and I'll see if the feature is in the manual. Remember this feature is not always in all models.

Must have it

Because in cable source or other one, when you push the button in the middle of the control it appears the info of the source, and when you let pushed the button it appears a more detailed info... It just I can't do that in the Xbox source because like a say, the controll is paired for the use of the Xbox and don't let me use the button for seeing the info, only work like an "enter" button.

And I live in Mexico, so, the last letters in the model code of the TV is the manufacturer for here, I guess.. But is exactly the same model that you show

So it's the remote control that won't let you do this. Seems like Samsung will have to fix that OR you get another remote control for this purpose.
