HELP SETTING UP REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION!!!!

Can anybody help me setup Remote Desktop Connection please? I have about 4 computers (2 Desktop 1 laptop and 1 Tablet PC)connected to a Wireless Router (Laptop & Tablet PC) an RJ-45 cable from the router to the other computer. Everytime I try to Remotely connected to one of the Desktop using the Remote Desktop Connection feature on my laptop which is Enabled on all computers, I keep ketting error message "The Client Could not connect to the remote Computer"

Do I need to get Terminal Services, what is that? and how do I get it?

2. If you have firewalls or not the right version of XP, it does fail (noted in above articles.)
