HELP : set a home wireless network without internet !

Hey guys
I need your help about setting up a simple wireless home netwok (without having internet) for my office using a wireless router, a wireless printer and two computers (one with windows server 2012) in a domain.
Is that possible ?

That's not different from a wireless home network with Internet. The only difference is that the WAN-port of the router is not connected to a modem.
