My Samsung Galaxy S2 won't let me use any apps including messaging, calls, internet and downloaded apps. It displays messages like "Google.process.gapps has stopped" and "Android.process.acore has stopped". I've tried every forum solution to no avail and I'm dreading a factory reset (the problem still occurred after a factory reset for most people on forums). Please help me

I've tried disabling and enabling the Download Manager and just about every other online solution, but nothing seems to work
Uninstall every app you can. I never keep apps around I don't use and even those I do, I tend to think if I can do without.

I uninstalled all my downloaded apps but it didn't fix the problem, so I did a factory reset which I think has fixed it 
Folk are essentially doing such resets such as in Windows they call that formatting the drive, albeit that's technically incorrect.
Today we have Android and all it takes is to install 2 apps that don't work well together or an app that has a latent bug that only shows up over time.
Also we have enduring bugs like the one with SMS.
