I currently have Windows ME upgrade installed on a 1.2Ghz Athalon system. We...some how have several issues that cause it to slow down & lock up (from my son clicking yes on every pop-up). I want to re-format and start over but I haven't done it in so long..I've forgotten where to start or how to do it. I do not have a start up disk since this computer was built from parts..not bought as a pre made unit. Help me please. I have a Win 95 disk & Win ME upgrade. Thanks
