What is the purpose of the ssd?
Looks like your running off the hdd.

You have a K model cpu.
If you have any overclocking going on set things back to stock.

Nice 10 year warranty ample PSU.

So that's not suspect. I worry about the machine age. Let's read the Speccy but first, hardware ideas.

1. CLEAN MACHINE. It must be spotless.
2. ALL NEW heatsink compound. Change them all.
3. Fans. Any slow fan must be replaced.
4. Leave the case cover off for now.

That's it for what I start with on old PCs. You already popped in a fine PSU so on with the Speccy. Some things will be temporary as we want to stabilize the PC and you can put it back later.
-> I've changed my mind about DNS entries. I no longer will accept the router as the DNS.
And here we go.

5. It may be too late to get to W10 for free. We moved, it's nice.
6. The HDD and SSD should get a CHKDSK /F /X run. just to remove a small change it's that.
7. JAVA. Remove till the machine is stable.
8. Power Profile. Set all to NEVER till the machine is stable.
9. BBUpdate. Slimware. Remove. Do not reinstall.
10. Mcafee. Use their cleaner to remove till machine is stable.
11. Avira. OOPS, more than one AV? Remove and see if Avira has a cleanup uninstaller app.
12. Ccleaner. Remove till the machine is stable.

13. BIOS. My choice would be version from http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z87X-UD3H-rev-1x#support-dl

14. Optical Drive. Unplug till stable.
15. DHCP. Change to 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.1 Why? Security and more.

Remember we are trying to stabilize the PC. Less is more.

2 av's

I see one av and one anti-spyware.

Win def in w7 is a different animal.

There are remnants of one or the other AV.

When dealing with a crashing PC, you simplify till it hurts. Or you just wipe and reload. I try to avoid the reload.

This is after all the work?

Let's see a fresh speccy to see if something was missed.

I find some folk want a simple cure. By the time they are on forums, it's usually not simple.
