HELP!!!!QUICKLY!!!!!

m ymoniter refresh rate was accidentaly set WAY too high! now wheneve i boot, it gives me an out of sync error! HOW do i fix this, and FAST!!!!!!

it wont let me access the nView desktop manager. even if i set the resoultion back to 1,024 by 768, will it still go back to the default sync rate?

I TRIED!!!!! it still gives me the error message, and im 1000% sure that its because of the too high sync rate. I need to be able to open the nView manager, but when i clik on it, nothing comes up

Display Properties, Advanced has a refresh rate.

Or maybe you have to set it to 800x600 for now, then install the video card drivers and... try again.

well actually theres an option in the F8 boot menu that says boot back to last known working config. that did the trick. I will never mess with the settings again!
