Help Please Can't save to flash or harddrive :(

I was trying to alter and add some things to a file I already had creadted but I kept getting an error when trying to save it after the changes to my flashdrive. Moved everything to my harddrive and still getting the same error message.

The error message is...

The disk is full trying to write to C::.Free some space on this drive, or save the document on another disk.
Try one or mor of hte following:
*Close any unneeded documents, programs, and windows.
*Save te document on another disk.

I don't understand why it won't save it any more, I even removed my flashdrive and tried it on my other computer but got the same error message. Though with the flashdrive it's trying to write to either the D or the F drive depending on the computer I have it in.

Please please someone help me I'm working on wedding stuff and it's all on the flashdrive!
