I have the Samsung SAMSUNG UN46ES8000 46" 1080p 240Hz 3D LED-LCD HDTV SmartTV and the Samsung BD-E6500 Blu-Ray Player. I am having problems with playing 3D movies. I can play regular Blu-Ray movies just fine. But when I put in say like "The Amazing Spiderman" or "The Smurfs" it will play all the previews just fine even the 3D previews and then get to the menu where I select "Play Movie". Once I select "Play Movie" it kind of lags on a blank black screen and then tells me "Mode Not Supported" "Resolution Not Supported". Can somebody help me with fixing this problem. I can't play 3D movies until I get this fixed. Please help, so I can experience the reason I bought this 3D system.
