in any movie or picture , the dark scenes or colours shows pixels as shown in the image , the laptop is hp and it is new with core i7 , i have an older sony laptop with same resolution 720 and it didn't have this problem

So I click on it and it looks like a screengrab. But where is the issue? What should it look like? You have to point it out and does whatever it's doing show in Windows too?
