Help Outlook/word 2003 problem

Hi, i have a very strange and extremely frustrating problem.
when i try and copy and paste text, my outlook and work pastes a screenshot instead.
no matter what i try it won't paste the normal text. my clipboard is filled with 24 screenshots and even if i delete it does nothing.
i've looked but cannot find the problem.

also then i try and send email and i get told "unknown error occurred"

can anyone suggest a solution

I think this isn't a paste problem, but a copy problem. Tell how you copy the text and from what source.

perhaps clipboard?

In reply to: Re: pasting

I copy normally (either control C, or with the mouse on the edit toolbar and copy) and then paste in a similar fashion.
One thing i have noticed is that if i open the clipboard (or if it opens itself) it continually (24 times max) has an imprint of the screenshot on it - no matter how much i delete the clipboard it continues to keep on.
Should i remove the clipboard in some way.
