Hi,
We're both in the same boat I suggest.
Downloaded the trial, paid the money, the software doesn't auto upgrade to the full version, is time limited to roughly ten minutes and the trial logo doesn't go away.
My email server can't deliver to support@orangeware.com since it reports "Recipient address rejected: Account is over quota [046RF06IPG00]"!!
Absolutely sick to death of supposedly reputable sites such as CNET and others advertising software solutions that rip people of for money and don't deliver!
CHRIS
I downloaded Orangeware's WebCamDV software full version, paid my 20 bucks and got my serial number, but the "trial version" logo won't go away! The program also "times out" as if it still is the trial version.
I find no option in the "orangeware" folder to convert to full product, and no zip files that I can find.
I try Orangware's "support" Email and it keeps getting returned.
Phone numbers for the compnay are either dis-connected or reach another company that says the software maker used to be in the building, but has moved with no forwarding number.
I am running Windows Vista and my Camera is JVC's GR-D850 Mini DV camcorder, connected through a firewire.
Did I get ripped off from a company that has gone belly up with no support?
The on-line donwload seemed willing enough to accept my money...do I need to dispute the charge?
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
John
