HELP ON VPN SETUP.

I have a Linksys router WRT110 with IPsec passthrough, PPTP and L2TP enabled, my network enviroment is TWO WIN NT 4.0 SPK 6 SERVERS and clients compu running win xp pro spk2, i want to setup a VPN by using instead one of the NT server one of the win xp pro machine that is mapped to see all the servers drive as the one that allow external computer or remote computer to browse thru those drives, i would like to know if anyone can help me out to start doing this, or any specific link that will tell me what to setup on this win xp pro machine, what settings i need on the router and what settings the remote computers will need to go thru the VPN and browse those map drives ?
If it is any other info you need to help me out please let me know, i am new on this but i hope you can help me out.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
