Help on burning dvds

i used winmx to download a dvd. i have it saved to windows media player. i have nero for my burning program. but when i search for the movie. it says the file is not compatible. my file is a mpg. i dont know what to do. if u cant help me. would u have any other programs that are worth gettings?

Some 99.99% of the DVDs on WinMX are pirated. Check the Forum policy about such.
