HELP! New D2 not recognising Jetshell software

Hi! I just got my new cowon D2, and having a little trouble. I have emailed cowen about this but figured I would get a faster response here. When I went to down load my music into the player, I pluged the usb cable into one of my usb ports on the back. My computer recognizes the D2, but the Jetshell software says "does not detect device". I have tried all of my usb ports on the back of the computer,the hubs on the front of computer, another usb cable, reinstalled the software. Not sure what else to do. HELP me please!!!
