help needed please

Hi all!

Today I stumbled upon a logo that I like a lot. Anyone know how it is made and how can one make such or similar thing?

I apologize in advance if this is against forum policy or something but I have no idea how to explain better than posting the link to the actual logo. Its logo for online magazine NEVER UNDERDRESSED and the address is
http://www.neverunderdressed.com/

Thanks in advance,
Zoran

If you right click the logo and select "View image", (or similar whatever browser you use), you will see in the browser address bar that this is a .gif file, specifically logo-gif-1.gif

These gifs are image files which allow animation. If you Google GIF animation I am sure you will find more about it and what software you would need top create your own animations.
