Help needed! MacBook advice!

by Machiavelli / August 22, 2006 8:07 AM PDT

Hey guys, I'm going to be getting a MacBook in the next week and want to know whether I should upgrade the RAM to 1GB. I'm not going to be using photoshop, or any intense applications--only word, the internet, music, and keynote. Thanks.

This is the cheapest and best upgrade for any home computer. The next item would be to ensure you have plenty of free space on your hard drive. The computer needs room to breath and do it's work.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
