HELP, need help with shutdown problem Packager, Calc message

Hello Again
I have Windows ME, using Mozilla Firefox as my browser and enjoy it. I can surf the web, etc. Again I can't do a safe shut down with the computer and can't delete the two error messages - PACKAGER and CALC.
