Hello, i have Dell intel core i7 its showing me again and again not charging even i have changed charger battery but still the fault remains kindly check the screen shoots of my laptop here

There are three parts to the charging system.

You replaced one, but is the battery over a year old? Why I ask is that the batteries are usually 300 cycle rated and it's possible to wear it out in one year.

Next the Dell and others have a 3 wire charging system and you can get failures in the power jack or motherboard which can get expensive to fix.

REMEMBER that we can always charge a GOOD machine by shutting down. We don't want Windows and drivers to play a role here. Always do your charge test with the machine off.

I had an issue with my Alienware

I wasn't charging and when the battery ran out it wouldn't boot. I had warranty work done and it was the mobo.
