Question

Help!! My screen is streteched out and idk how to fix it!

Feb 26, 2016 1:44PM PST

Hi, I updated my lap top to windows 10 a few months ago and recently my screen has stretched out and I have no idea what to do. I was told I had to do some updates and I tried to update Java which shows to be the one that I have to update first before I update everything else but a error keeps coming up and it won't let it update. Can someone help me please? Thank you.

The EXACT error you're receiving would be helpful.

Still, if you don't need Java, uninstall it from the Control Panel. The program opens the computer to various vulnerabilities unless you update it frequently, and frequently, many folks don't need it installed. Uninstall it and give it try.

If you do need it, uninstall if from the Control Panel, then download the offline installer and manually install the latest version of Java from the link below... If you've got a 64 bit computer, install both the 32 bit (X86) version and the 64 bit (X64) version.. Depending on the browser you use, you'll probably need both.

Hope this helps.
