If so, time to make it a warranty issue. If they can't fix it they usually swap out the phone.
Help with Samsung Galaxy Ring!!
I have a Samsung Galaxy Ring which work fined until Monday when I entered a television studio with tons of satellites. I left the building 4 hours later to see my 3G Data icon missing. I have done the following:
Checked Mobile Data is on
turned wi fi on/off
But I keep receiving the error #128. Cannot sign in.Please turn phone off and on. If this persist contact Customer care, which I have but each time I receive a different person who claims a different reason. Any Samsung experts out there to help would be my new best friend!!!
