Help! My laptop shows mobile pages.

I surely hope someone can help me.I do not know what happened but somehow my pages on my laptop pc are now mobile pages instead of regular web pages.I have no idea what I did to cause this.Can someone please help me and tell me here to go and what to do to get my pages to look like "normal web pages " instead of "mobile" looking pages.I I hate this.
I have IE 8 ,Vista ,on Toshiba laptop.I have had my laptop for over a year and this has never happened. Thanks.

I'd start with trying another browser. Both Firefox from Mozilla and Chrome from Google are free and very well known. Just download, install and try.

At the top click Help. Type in clear cache

Well I did what was recommended but still mobile pages.
