Read the replies to http://www.google.com/search?q=%22The+program+requires+at+least+3MB+of+free+virtual+memory+to+run.%22 then I would try the solution of changing the paging file size up a little. However in XP I usually let it manage such.

I have two systems, one at work and one here at home. They are Compaq Pressario's, same machine and purchased at the same time. Both run on XP with SP2. I have more software on my machine at home then the one at the office. The office is 500 mgs and this home one is 1 gig. Both use the Intel P4.
My problem. I like dictionaries. I recently installed my Webster's Dictionary & Thesaurus at the office with no problems. The dictionary runs very well. However, here at home I cannot get the software to install and run. At the end of the installation process it flashes "The program requires at least 3MB of free virtual memory to run." Help, if you can, what do I do??
Thank you, Jack
