I bought AVG for 2 years on 5th December '10. It has been doing the daily sweep ok, then I noticed the other day it had stopped doing it. The icon has disappeared from the tray. I tried to contact AVG via their website but need the licence number which I can't get as it's vanished. I have checked the add and remove programmes and it is still there. As are the icons via start > programmes etc, but when I click on them nothing happens! I'm stuck and don't know what to do next! help!
