Help me please.. with my ilo MP3 player

Dec 29, 2005 9:45AM PST

I got an ilo MP3 player from Walmart for Christmas and it just isn't working. I transfer my 85 songs that are on my computer and then it says that they are all synchronized and then when i "safely" unplug it and get back on to the ilo.. it says no files. What is the problem? Can somebody please help me.

recently bought a ilo mp3 player 2gb. At first it worked really well with inputting songs into it, but after taht it took a long time for it to update the index and also to upload the songs. And now it won't turn on anymore since a couple of days ago when I was using it. It turns on when I connect the USB, but it doesn't turn on when you press the power. What is happening here?
