Sadly, I can't offer any real solution to KAZAA users. The software carries a payload of malware that I can't help a person with.
If you want a shotgun load of responses (raise your shields), just ask about KAZAA in the Security Forum.

More and more frequently these days as I use IE or AOL IM or some such software, at some point the blue "error" screen pops up and shuts down these programs. Also, if I click on my taskbar icons, sometimes the computer will freeze up and stall.
I've tried defragmenting, performing virus checks, checking disk space, etc., but nothing seems to solve the problem. I also can't use System Restore b/c it never works. Does anyone have any ideas what I could do? Could it be a program like Kazaa that may cause it, even though I don't have that running, or an external drive that was plugged in and removed improperly like a MP3 player? I have no ideas!
Please help! Thanks.
