I've picked up many HP's over the years so why not another?
Definitely will be cheap ink.
Just one thing. Get a test print before purchase of your BW output.

This is for a dental office. Our Canon Pixma ip4000 just died, so we need a replacement. This is a dedicated printer for printing xray images. It does not need to have any other multi-functions (i.e. scan, fax etc) as we have plenty of other printers to take care of this. Looking for something that:
-prints great B&W/grayscale photo images
-fairly quick
-cheap ink would be nice
Will be hooked to a Win 7 machine that is networked so sharing it will be easy- wireless printer is not necessary
