Just kidding. But I am quite satisfied with the exact same Toshiba model you're considering. The twin HDD setup with 220 GB total storage is impressive for this price range. It provides added flexibility and internal backup options. The Sony has 60 GB less storage on one slower HDD. The HP dv6265us has a media setup superior to both the Sony and the Toshiba, a webcam like the Sony, and a faster HDD than the Sony (same capacity). I'm not convinced Sony's any better quality than HP or Toshiba. If I hadn't got the Toshiba, I probably would have gotten the HP. It's really a matter of deciding what's important to you.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
