Help!!!! Just bought a BB Curve and have a question...

This is my first smart phone. I went to the Cingular Store ready to buy a 8525, but was talked out of it by the salesman and convinced to buy a Curve. My ONLY demand for my cell phone was that it had to sync my outlook calendar & contacts automatically as well as my corporate email (we don't have BB Enterprise Server; just MC Small Business Server). I was told that through BIS it can sync my calendar and contacts automatically. Now that i have the phone hooked up, it doesn't seem like it can do that. Am I missing something here???? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
