Help ! Ive been hacked

some ******* send me this file called "shift.exe.exe" i was idiot enough to run it and then the whole computer shutted down after a few minutes. then, when i reboot theres this thing called services running in my background (which i checked by presing ctrl+alt+del) ive deleted services.exe from the C:\windows\system32 and some other files dated on the same day as well as the shift.exe.exe. what more should i do?

what about this file called system.ini , heres what it contain:-

Just cleaned one up like that. Adaware didn't...

The usual toys didn't clean it up automatcally.

The files with the date of the problem in \windows\system32 on this WIndows 98 machine were deleted and some cleanup was done MANUALLY to kill it off.

My bet is that the pests in the system32 may kill it off enough.

BUT head to the Virus/Security Forum and LIST the names of the files in SYSTEM32 you are going to delete.
