help!! itunes prob

i have 70 or so apps in my library and when i plug in my ipod touch 1g i go over to applications. i click all of the boxes and say apply changes but it says it cant download them because the computer isn't authorized. so i click on authorize from the store tab but it says my computer is already authorized. what do i do? btw i have vista
