Thanks R. Proffitt but I'm looking for someone to help me and actually do the work. Are you familiar with/have experience with this?

Not with their product.

There are far too many prior posts and discussions about installing themes. Something must be horribly amiss with their theme if you can't install it on your WP site.

Looks like they don't want folk to use their theme to me.

https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes is just one of many sites that document installing themes.

Maybe you need more than this but given installing a theme is well documented I have to guess this theme supplier has blown something. i.e. It's a bad theme.

Thanks again, but I'm looking for someone to do the work including installing/editing/moding this theme. I'm not saying that I'm having any technical issues etc, I'm simply looking for someone to do this work.

The thing is, web masters are plentiful in most cities. My advice is to call up a college in your town and ask the office that deals with interns to ask how to get an intern. Again, here, these interns are plentiful.
