Help installing windows xp sp3

Ok so i downloaded the windows xp sp3 setup from microsofts site. Then i accidentally deleted the setup icon off the homepage. So i tried to download it again and it says thanks for downloading and nothing happens. How do i get it back!? Is it still on the computer somewhere?. Please help.

- Did you look into the recycle bin?
- What icon is exactly? An icon is just a picture, or maybe a shortcut. If I download something, it shows nothing on the desktop, since the downloaded file is in the default download folder.
- What exactly did you download and how?

Try to download on another PC and copy the setup file to a USB-stick to run.

I deleted the setup icon

I deleted the setup icon for windows xp service pack 3. I checked the recycle bin and it's not there. Is it somewhere on the computer? I haven't downloaded windows xp sp3 yet I just downloaded the setup for the download. And I don't have another PC Sad

The setup is a very small file.
