Help! Insignia 1,000W 6.1-Ch. Home Theater System

Mar 19, 2006 1:54PM PST

Everytime I turn the receiver on, it attempts to load a DVD but I think the DVD has fallen out of the tray and is jamming it so that the tray is unable to revolve. I keeping getting an error --- "msg 0" --- and it shuts off because I can't switch out of DVD mode.

Is there for me to fix this myself or should I take it to the store I bought it from (Best Buy) and have them look at it?

Thanks for any help, I'm technically challenged lol.

The Insignia 1,000 System dose not give very good sound my advice is to bring it back to Best Buy and have them change it for a lower watt name brand player

take it back and exchange for a brand name entry level d.v.d. player and amp. Then spend your life savings on speakers. ha ha ha stewart
