You are stuck, where??

If you are stuck in a program, hold down the Command and Option keys and then press the Escape key.

This should bring up the Force Quit option. Select the program that is stuck, NOT the Finder, and choose Force Quit.

If that does not work, hold down the power key until the computer shuts off. This can take up to 15 seconds, keep pressing

Oh Yes,

If you are doing anything on your Macbook, other than entering your name and address, you have already set your machine up.

There really is nothing else to do, apart from a few tweaks for personal taste.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
