Help in activating used phone

by kvue87 / November 25, 2009 2:59 PM PST

Ok, I bought a used LG Voyager from this lady. I tried to activate it but can't because she didn't take the phone off her Verizon account. It's not active, not stolen, those people at Verizon can't activate it. Is there any way other way to activate this phone? I can't get a hold of the lady that I bought the phone from so I'm kinda screw there. Thanks.

Unless she calls to remove it from her account, you have a battery-powered brick. Nothing anyone here can do. You can attempt to plead your case further w/ Verizon but it may resolve nothing.
