HELP, I've Lost my LAN from my Desktop

Jan 30, 2009 9:39AM PST

I had stopped a program, but I was able to get it started again. However now I don't have my LAN connection in my Network File to make my DSL connection. Does anyone know how I can get this back without taking the desktop to the shop?

Your post suggesting that this member, 'JCCHANGER', contact you via email, and also advertising your online help web site contravenes Forum Policy.

That's why I deleted your post.

I notice you have also posted in the Broadband forum. I will deal with that separately.

I am not a Networking expert, so I probably cannot help, but to give others more information, please tell us which program you stopped, and why.

Also, let us know the system specs, (make, model, which OS, any other details or relevant problems).
