This happens quite often when a virus/trojan/etc. is on the hard drive when Windows creates a Restore Point.
Just right click on My Computer, Properties, System restore, and check the box to not use System Restore. Click OK, the reboot.
All your Restore Points should be gone. Run your AntiVirus scan, and it should not show any problems in System Volume folder.
If all is OK, then re-enable System Restore.

Mac,

You could also try downloading The Cleaner from http://www.moosoft.com , installing it then updating it and then running it. That should be all you need unless the trojan's hidden by a System Restore, in which case you may have to make sure the system state is the same one when you first noticed the trojan.

You can use the program free for 30 days; after that, it'll cost you $50.
