You MUST have the installed pgm. listed from the add/remove listing. If there, then use the freebie REVO uninstaller in "advance mode" to best remove the pgm.. If no listing, then basically no pgm. will do this for you. You then need to manually all traces as best as possible. Google for Revo and get from a trusted source..
