a normal TIFF file doesn't suppport multiple pages. depending on the software that captured the fax, it's all on one page or the remaining pages are gone. there are TIFF file formats that support multiple pages, but they don't use the TIF extension.
Herb....
Running Windows XP home, 1.8G Celeron, 384MB Ram, 25G of free harddisk space.
I have received fax which is in tif file format. I tried to remove the header which indicates time, date, fax number of sender, etc. from each of the pages, so that I could forward it to a friend without revealing my source.
In the viewer that comes with XP, I hit the edit button which brings up the editor(I believe it is MS paint, or draw) but only the first page shows, please advise how could I view and edit the rest of the pages.
I have tried to open the file in Corel Photo-paint but still, I could view the first page only.
Any help will be appreciated.
