HELP--How do I transfer video files from a PC to a VHS Tape?

I need to find out how to get a digital video clip that I've edited--from my PC onto a VHS tape!! I took these digital clips with my camera and then edited them on my PC, but I can only burn a CD and not a DVD and even with a DVD, how would I get them onto a VHS tape??

Can anyone help? I need to do this ASAp to make a submission deadline. If there is a company that can do this super fast and is not costly, let me know! Thanks!!

2 methods I've used.

1. The TV out of the PC or some VGA to TV convertor box.

2. Make the DVD and then press play on the DVD player and press the record button on the VCR.

I used Walmart for the needed equipment.
