I didn't research 800F081F on google because you can do that on your own. However you didn't tell the make and model so it could be the usual. Hint? A patch from your machine's maker is needed first.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940199 If that doesn't cure it, call Gateway and ask if they have something else they know about. HP had to issue a patch for SP1 to install proper which is why it matters when post.
