"nice quality high FPS" means? Presuming you mean "frames per second", in North America, 29.97 (commonly referred to as 30 FPS) is NTSC standard. Pretty much all camcorders do at least this. Some have tried to change physics through marketing and while they claim 60 fps, when you peel back the jibberish, it is 30 progressive fps (60 interlaced fps).
