HELP! Graphical card issues.. sort of

Mar 15, 2018 1:47PM PDT

Hi guys, my graphical card (ati radeon hd 5570 i guess) collapsed (I heard beep codes) a few days ago so i had to buy a new one (ASUS nvidia geforce gt 710) but meanwhile I have been trying to fix it somehow so i replaced my cmos battery to see if it would help, but I guess it only made things worse (complete bios reset) and now when the new card already arrived it isn't working (black screen) and I think it's because the BIOS restarted and the PC recognizes the CD with drivers as a booting drive. It's only my shallow guess, I don't even know if it is compatible with the slot - my motherboard is asus p7h55-m, but it shouldn't be the problem since PCIe are compatible.

Thank you in advance for any advice!
