Help getting the book I purchased on iTunes

I purchased a book on iTunes and it only gave me 7 of the 10 parts of the book. When I emailed tech support, they said that they are unable to give me the rest, told me to read the Terms of Use, and "thanks for understanding". I can't find anything in the Terms of Use that explains this, so I DON'T understand. Can anybody explain why I can't get the entire book that I purchased through iTunes? What else can I try?

This is just bad support. As it's a paid service it should be better.

Unfortunately, I am unable to find any published phone number for iTunes technical support, I am left with go backing and forth through e-mail.
