While in Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" in the upper left, choose "Internet Options". When that loads, click on the "Advanced" tab, then scroll to the "Browsing" section place a CHECK mark in the "Use folder view for FTP" and UNCHECK the box next to "Use passive FTP". (If the "Use passive FTP" box is already UNCHECKED, then place a CHECK mark in it an try that.) Now scroll to the "Multimedia" section and UNCHECK the box next to "Show image download placeholders", then place a CHECK mark in the "Show pictures" box. Now click on "Apply", then OK.
Hope this helps.

When I try to get FTP sites I get a small red blue and green box in the upper left corner and the balance of the page is blank. I cannot download FTPs.
