Help for Outlook 2003

This is my first time here. I have a general question. The menu bar is missing from Outlook 2003 mail window. I searched online but could not find a solution. Is there anyone who could help me please?

Missing Menu Bar

Since the menu bar is not capable of being hidden, you have a problem.
I would suggest trying to repair your installation. This is done from Add/Remove Programs, Microsoft Office. You will need the Office disc from which to copy files. If you do not have the disc you might try a System Restore to a point in time before the menu bar disappeared.

Try Alt+F and see if the file menu reveals itself.
